Project Description

Octapus in vinegar

Materials
1 octopus 2 kilos
½ fl. Tea vinegar
½ fl. Tea water
1 dry, big onion
Salt Pepper
Oregano
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Implementation
We clean and wash the octopus with a sharp knife, remove the hood and divide the tentacles. We put them in a saucepan with the whole onion, vinegar, and water. We cover it and boil it on medium heat until it is softened and almost drunk. Then we remove, cut into pieces, salt and pepper and sprinkle with oregano, oil and sauce in the saucepan.

The taste was exactly the same as I tasted in Paros, and it brought me memories of my favourite island in Greece!
